Time to Buy Good Walking Shoes

 No smoking

With crude oil about to break the threshold of $130 per barrel, it's time to buy yourself a good pair of walking shoes. With gas at $4/gallon, for the price of one fillup you can get your favorite pair of Nikes or New Balance. I walked over seven hundred kilometers in my last pair of New Balance, more mileage than you'd get from a tank of gas.

Hashem does everything for the best - the good news about the high gas prices is that more people will start walking. They'll feel better, and so will the environment.

If you really want to feel great inside and out, walk for an hour a day while talking to Hashem. That's a great way to do hitbodedut, the personal prayer in your own words.
