1) this may have been the kinus for the shluchim.
2) photo of Rebbe and ani maamin song- simply, the Rebbe was the rebbe who initiated a moshiach campain so 1) it's respectful to sing the tefilla and 2) the photo, it's great to see a tzadik's face anywhere, anytime:)!
