Many people in their formative years get all types of people put labels on them. Better yet, the labels were put on a bottle and many of us were stuck inside.
As a young person, you subconsciously thought that your parents, teachers and peers knew what they were talking about. So, when you were trapped inside a bottle labelled "dumb", "cowardly", "lazy", "ugly", "uncoordinated" or "failure", then you thought that you were dumb, cowardly, lazy, uncoordinated or failure. The labels weren't at all true but we oftentimes believed them. The time has come to break out of the bottle-like prison...
