2 Hamas UAV's Downed Over Ashdod

The following has been cleared for publication, and has just now appeared on Ashdod's local news site:

This morning, we had two Red-Alert sirens, one at 6:33 AM and one at 8:26 AM. Neither were missiles. For the first time, Hamas - in attempting to create massive human casualties, Heaven forbid - sent an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that was jammed full of explosives. It was intercepted by a Patriot missile near Ashdod beach. The Israeli Navy is now gathering debris at sea in attempt to learn more about the UAV. At 8:26, a second UAV was downed - the explosion could be heard all over Ashdod.

This is apparently one of the "surprises" that Hamas was boasting about to the media. They claim they have more surprises as well.

Once again, we praise and thank Hashem for His protection, and express deepest gratitude to the IDF missile-defense crews who are serving as His messengers.

So you can understand what a UAV is, below is a photo of an Israeli-produced UAV and its launcher. Although I have no proof, my feeling is that Hamas was using Iranian-produced UAVs. The only other country in the Middle East with the capability and technology of building UAVs is Turkey, and they can't be ruled out for helping Hamas either. May we hear good tidings!

In gratitude I stand with the people of Israel in thought, prayer and support, always.
May Hashem protect them, amen!
May Hashem protect, bless and shield my teachers who brought me living waters, amen!

May you all merit the coming of Moshiach, the ingathering of the exiles and the rebuilding of the Holy Temple, speedily and in our days, amen!

With love and blessings,
