The dieting concepts you wrote about worked during Pesach
Drank a bit more coffee than usual
Still kept the 20 lbs off and holding at 194 lbs down from when the diet started at 214 lbs


David, that's just fantastic!!! I'm so thrilled for you! Especially since you managed to control yourself so well during Pesach! Are you exercising as well? I've found that weight training made me burn the most fat while at the same time build lean muscle. I also do an hour of cardio 6 times a week before, but the weights is what makes the biggest physical difference. Keep it up, and keep in touch!
