interesting I have been looking for this type of information and Hashem Yaazor you gave it. Although not withstanding the health benefits of what you suggest dextrose = grape sugar also a good sugar alternative.
I am wondering if it makes a difference what type of arthritis it is? I have been freshly diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my shoulder. Already some calcification on the rotator cuff. I use flax seed oil instead of ground seeds, put turmeric and garlic in everything I eat. I have a friend who has this type in her hip. So it would be good to know for both of us

You absolutely cannot raise your body's pH level by eating a lesser amount of acidic foods. Your body's pH is tightly regulated through some very well known processes, and if it strays from this narrowrange, it is a sign that something is really, really wrong.

THE TYPE OF DIET THAT IS RECOMMENDED IN GENERAL WILL LOWER THE PAIN OFARTHRTIS. I KNOW BECAUSE I HAVE OSTEOARTHRITIS. THROUGH DIET AND EXCERCISE MOST OF THE TIME MY PAIN LEVELS ARE NEAR ZERO. BUT, WITH OSTEOARTHRITIS OR R. A. JOINT DESTRUCTION CONTINUES. R. BRODY GIVES PEOPLE A GOOD STARTING POSITION. IT IS A TREATMENT NOT A CURE. I HAVE BEEN WORKING ONTHIS PROBLEM FOR DECADES AND HAVE HAD SOME BREAKTHROUGHS ALONG THE WAY. BUT, NO CURE. ALSO, THE QUESTION OF CARTILAGE REGENERATION HAS NOT BEEN ANSWERED AND THIS IS KEY ISSUE FOR ARTHRITICS.

Thank you so much for sharing this information. We have to stop feeding the fire of inflammation. Sugar is 8 times more addictive than heroine! It also feeds cancer cells and and the bad bacteria in your gut.
My arthritis flare ups were attributed to gluten and dairy. Once I cut that out of my diet and stopped drinking liquid sugar (soda), it went away. I included healthy fats like avocado and coconut oil in my diet. Our joints need lubrication.
Diabetes Type 2 and high blood pressure are conditions related to lifestyle. Poor unconscious food choices. Just because it has a Hescher doesn't make it healthy.
Keep up the great work of health information.
