Rabbi Brody, I have been so blessed by the teachings of Tanya and Rabbi Arush. My marriage has improved so much since I've been studying. I would like to pass on what I have learned to the members of our very small assembly during this חג הסוכות. I am having trouble condensing the wealth of information from Shalom Arush's book, "The Universal Garden of Emunah ". Do you have any advice that might help. Thank you in advance for any help you can give me. My hope is to spark enough interest in the book that they will read it for themselves. Every one of the members in our congregation needs to read this book.

Hi Billy, it's Racheli. I couldn't help but reply to your comment. You should read The Garden of Gratitude, which in my opinion is Rav Arush's best book ever! Basically, emuna means that you believe everything Hashem does is for your best. However, there is something you need to do in order to really internalize emuna and not just keep it at the intellectual level. That something can be summed up in two words: THANK YOU. Expressing gratitude to Hashem for everything in our lives, not just the obvious blessings, works wonders in opening our eyes to His Divine wisdom and creating a close connection with Him. Hope this helps! Shabbat Shalom!
