Very early in my youth I understood the second prohibition of the Noahide Code (Idolatry, blasphemy, adultery, murder, theft, meat, justice systems) not simply as a prohibition against blasphemy but as an advice to speak properly and to do not speak Lashon Hara. In the same line the Rebbe Arush speaks this Mitzvah Bnei Noah also came before the prohibition of adultery, indicating that Lashon Hara is worst than forbbiden relations, robbery or the others.

Wow! Even if we LISTEN to lashon hara! That’s heavy duty. Thank you SO much for these words of wisdom. We must be reminded often. Blessings!
